Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Artsy Crafty Lounge. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Missing Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
